Mississippi State has fallen on some tough times.
The Bulldogs have lost their last two Southeastern Conference series, including a sweep to LSU and a disappointing effort against in-state rival Ole Miss.
After a 12-2 loss to the Rebels on Sunday, MSU head coach John Cohen hinted that things will head in a different direction.
"Every bit of it is my fault," Cohen said. "We've got to do a better job with our kids and it starts with (Monday) practice. We're really going to do a much better job in some areas than we have been."
MSU is 1-5 in its last six SEC games after winning the first three SEC series against Georgia, Vanderbilt and Arkansas.
