The Starkville Yellowjackets broke the final huddle on the first day of spring practice Monday with the words "hard work."
According to head coach Jamie Mitchell, the Jackets can't afford to approach each day any other way.
Starkville has 20 total practices this spring and Mitchell plans to use each one wisely.
"We've got 13 more practices and the game, so there is plenty of time to get better," Mitchell said.
