The Oktibbeha County Board of Supervisors granted a pay raise to county Road Manager Victor Collins and officially set County Administrator Emily Garrard’s salary at a Monday evening meeting in the courthouse.

The board voted unanimously to increase Collins’ salary to $70,000 — an idea which board members floated for consideration at the board’s last meeting on April 7. Collins’ raise is effective immediately.
