State men have momentum going into SEC Golf Championships

April 23, 2014

Clay Homan

Mississippi State heads into the Southeastern Conference Championship with a good bit of momentum.
The Bulldogs have won their last two appearances in a tournament and hope that carries over this weekend.
MSU starts the SEC Championship Friday at Sea Island Golf Club's Seaside Course on St. Simons Island, Ga. Bulldog head coach Clay Homan feels like his team is in a good place.
"They're playing their best golf of year right now as group," Homan said. "That's what you want to be doing this time of year. That's a positive thing."
