Hatley produces more at plate to hand Eupora 23-10 defeat

April 30, 2014

EUPORA – Lack of production at the plate was not a problem for the Lady Eagles of Eupora on Wednesday evening as the team posted 15 hits for 10 runs.
Unfortunately standing across the field was a Hatley team, which had even more success in the batter’s box allowing them to claim a 23-10 victory.
“We battled back, but is only every other inning,” Eupora coach Kaley Harris said. “You can’t do that against a team that is hitting every inning. We don’t give up, but they were just strong and we have to come back (today) for a new day.”
