MABEN – It's the goal of any high school team to win a division or region championship.
In the sport of baseball, it can be a disadvantage at times.
The East Webster Wolverines are certainly glad to have won the Class 2A, Region 2 title, but with that came a bye in the first round.
When East Webster hosts East Union tonight in the second round of the playoffs, it will be the first time the Wolverines have stepped onto the field for competition in a week.
