Coach Ginger Brown-Lemm and the Mississippi State women's golf team returns to a state where success has happened for the Bulldogs.
Mississippi State tees off Thursday at the Central Regional at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Okla.. as the No. 11 seed.
The Bulldogs finished third with Ally McDonald winning the individual at last year's Central Regional in Norman, Okla.
"Just the state of Oklahoma has great vibes for us," Brown-Lemm said. "There was a lot of success there and we felt that we wanted that region, and to get it again kind of reinforces the physiological. If you're swinging it a certain way and you might not know exactly what it is, but it's a feeling or an attitude, that really kind of facilitates the good play."
