Cohen raises bar at MSU: Making NCAA Tournament not enough anymore for Bulldogs

The going was tough for John Cohen in his first two seasons as the Mississippi State head baseball coach.
The Bulldogs won just 48 games during those two seasons and didn't finish above .500. They also missed out on the NCAA Tournament.
Since then, Cohen has led MSU to four-straight NCAA Tournament appearances, but getting there is not the ultimate goal anymore.
"We've got to win the postseason," Cohen said. "At some point in time when you're trying to turn a corner, getting there is nice, but our kids are really focused on winning and getting to that next step."
