SMITH COLUMN: Football, family, faith all important to my father

June 14, 2014

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to interview Randall Bradberry over the phone prior to his induction into the Mississippi Community College Sports Hall of Fame.
Our visit went well and it was obvious that Bradberry valued the time and relationships he established while playing football at East Mississippi Community College and Sturgis High School in Oktibbeha County.
Bradberry was very nice, answered all of my questions and seemed to appreciate the call.
Before hanging up the phone, there was one more question that I had for him.
Do you remember someone by the name of Billy Smith?
