Frank Jackson

Frank T. Jackson, 89, passed away on August 7, 2014 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, MS.  He was a retired Associate Comptroller at Mississippi State University and member of First Presbyterian Church in Starkville, where he was an Elder.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in WW II.  He landed on Utah beach during the invasion of Europe and went through 3 war campaign zones until the Peace Treaty with Germany was signed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William P. Jackson and Molly Crumpton Jackson.
He is survived by cousins, Rev. Sidney Crigler, Mary Eva Presley, Anita Crigler Boyd, Susan Mosley, Joe Thomas Mosley, Doodles Crumpton and Dr. Howard C. Friday.
Funeral services for Mr. Jackson are scheduled for Sunday, August 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Starkville, MS.  Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery.
