Mississippi State running backs coach Greg Knox is excited about his group of guys.
And why shouldn't he be?
The Bulldogs return junior Josh Robinson, who rushed for nearly 500 yards as a sophomore, sophomore Ashton Shumpert, utility offensive piece Brandon Holloway and senior Nick Griffin is finally healthy.
They also add freshmen Aeris Williams and Dontavian Lee.
"I don't know if I've had this many quality running backs in a while," Knox said. "The two freshmen that have come in, have shown that they are going to be able to play in this league. The veterans coming back are solid. All those guys are playing well right now. We've got competition at that position."
