Billy Gonzales took over a young and inexperienced wide receiver group when he stepped on the campus at Mississippi State last spring.
The Bulldogs lost several wide receivers to graduation and weren't returning much.
"Last year coming into the season, I didn't know what to expect," the MSU wide receiver coach said. "We had a group of receivers between Jameon (Lewis), RoJo (Robert Johnson) and Joe Morrow that really didn't have extended playing time. They were part time players. You lost a great group of players before then."
