Former Jackets expect to help EMCC Lions

SCOOBA – East Mississippi Community College sophomore running back Preston Baker would like to take his game to another level this season.
Freshman offensive lineman Jawon Johnson of the Lions wants to help Baker out with a block or two along the way.
The two former Starkville High School players expects to contribute this season for the defending national champions.
EMCC offensive coordinator Marcus Wood, another SHS product, said Baker has been working with the No. 1 offense this fall and should have a bigger role on that side of the football."
