Bridges president speaks on generational poverty

Starkville Bridges out of Poverty Board of Directors President John Breazeale told the Starkville Rotary Club Monday he gets confused when he looks at Mississippi.
The confusion, as Breazeale described it, stemmed from the Jekyll-and-Hyde nature of Mississippi’s nation-leading charitable giving and the state’s lagging behind the rest of the country in many poverty-related areas.
