Never did more than two points separate Starkville High School and Madison Central at the end of a set during Tuesday night's volleyball match.
It was a true battle through and through, but at the end of the day, consistency and "hustle" paid off as the Lady Jaguars claimed a 3-0 victory (27-25, 25-23, 25-23).
"On our side, we didn't take care of business," Lady Yellowjackets coach Lauren Love said. "We had a number of mis-serves, hitting errors and serve reception errors. Madison Central is a great team with a lot of hustle and they played hard."
