Santas Workshop benefits local humane societies

Comfort Suites recently held a Santa’s Workshop event to make toys for animals at the shelters for the Oktibbeha and Lowndes County Humane Societies. The organization provided all the materials and plenty of treats. The public was invited to make toys, to bring a pet and have photos made with Santa. The C.A.R.E. team made 485 toys and collected $161 for the local humane societies. Organizations and businesses participating in Santa’s Workshop included Steven Steamers, Ward Carpet Care, North Mississippi Pet Supply, The Pointe, Bulldog Cab Company and the Mississippi Brawl Stars (formerly Tri-County Roller Dolls).
