The funeral for Mr. John Larry Ivy Sr. will be today at 1 p.m. in the Welch Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Wake Forest Baptist Church Cemetery in Sturgis.
Dr. Jackie Wofford will officiate.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at Welch Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ivy, 63, formerly of Sturgis, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at his home in Pascagoula.
Memorial donations may be made to the Scholarship Fund in honor of his only great grandson John Tyler Ivy, First American Bank, 1102 Second St., Booneville, MS 38829.
