Funeral services for two of the three victims of Tuesday’s school bus accident in Calhoun County will be held Saturday.
Visitation will be held tonight for both victims.
Tonight, visitation for Phyllis Anderws Graham will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Oliver Funeral Home in Eupora. Graham was the Ackerman High School special education teacher who was killed in Tuesday’s accident involving two Ackerman High School buses returning from a trip to Oxford.
The funeral service for Graham will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Eupora First Baptist Church, with burial 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13 at the Ellisville Cemetery in Ellisville, with Oliver Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
Visitation for Steven Britt Moss will be held tonight from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Ackerman High School Ty Cobb Complex Gymnasium in Ackerman, with the funeral service to follow Saturday morning.
A memorial for Steven Britt Moss will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m. at the gymnasium. Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman is in charge of the arrangements.
Graham and Moss were two of the three people involved in a Tuesday afternoon crash that occurred on Miss. Highway 8 about one mile west of Calhoun City in Calhoun County.
The semi-tractor/trailer side-swiped the first school bus and collided head-on with a second school bus, operated by Steven B. Moss, 37.
Both school buses were traveling west on Miss. Highway 8 when the collision occurred.
Funeral arrangements for the driver of the semi-tractor/trailer, Gary T. Bailey, 54, of Mantachie, were not available at press time.
