Danny M. Walker, 62, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011, at Select Speciality Hospital in Jackson.
Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel in Louisville, with Rev. Fred Frazier and Rev. Bobby Joe Butler officiating.
Interment will be in Murphy Creek Cemetery.  He was born Aug. 19, 1948, to Woodroe and Ruthie Chadwick Walker.  Mr. Walker was employed at Gulf States in maintenance.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Maben, and he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, D. Kathleen Walker of Starkville; three sons, Wade Walker of Eupora; Kevin Bing and Bobby Dewayne Bing, both of Waterford; one sister, Juanita McIlwain of Starkville; one brother, Leon Walker of Pheba; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodroe and Ruthie Chadwick Walker, and by his sister, Beatrice Bennett.
