Bobby Edward Sumner

Bobby Edward Sumner, 45, passed away on March 23, 2011 at the VA Hospital in Jackson. 
Bobby was born March 19, 1966 in Wrightsville, Ga. to the late Margaret Sumner and Edward Sumner.  He was a former Marine, serving honorably in “Desert Storm.”  He was also an avid hunter and fisherman and owner of Sumner’s Painting Company. 
He was is survived by his wife, Adriana Honea Sumner; sons, Nathan, 23, Lucas, 10 and Lawson, 8; niece, Tate Honea; father, Edward Sumner of Wrightsville, Ga.; brother, Danny Sumner of Ackerman; and sisters, Angie Lowe of Augusta, Ga. and Sherry Wilcher of Wrightsville, Ga.
Visitation for Mr. Sumner is scheduled for March 26 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, with the funeral service immediately following in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Danny Irving and Rev. Greg Chamblee will conduct the service.  Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery in Ackerman.
