Keilyn Conley-Tate and C.J. Gibson rehearse their jazz routine with help from KMG Creations Director Kayla Gilmore for the dance company’s “Second Annual Dancing in the Park 2011” event held at McKee Park today from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. The event is free to the public and includes live entertainment, free food and door prizes. “Dance Battle Zone” begins at 11 a.m. The event is in conjunction with National Dance Day, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and wear purple to show support for the arts.
