EUPORA — Danny Roush, Sr. 59, of Mathiston, passed away Sept. 3, 2011, at Clay County Medical Center in West Point.
Services for Mr. Roush are scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Wise Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Montevista Cemetery.
Visitation was held Monday Sept. 5, 2011 from 5-7 p.m. at Wise Funeral Home.
Wise Funeral Home in Eupora is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Roush was born to Earl and the late Anne Roush of Monroe, La., on April 23, 1952. He worked as a roofing contractor and was a Baptist.
Mr. Roush is survived by his father; five sons: Daniel R. Roush, Jr., Frankie Roush and William Roush, all of Columbus; Ms. Lonnie Roush and Jamie Roush, both of Monroe, La.; daughter Lacey Roush Cunningham of Columbus; brothers Earl Roush, William “Billy” Roush and David Roush, all of Monroe, La.; sister Margaret “Maggie” Roush Parnell of Mathiston; five grandchildren; and his dear friend and mother of his children, Sharon Roush of Columbus.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
