Larry Gene Britt

LENOIR CITY, Tenn. — Mr. Larry Gene Britt, 56, of Lenoir City, Tenn., died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at his home.
Britt was a member of Cornerstone Church of God and was the owner of Britt Roofing Company. He was an evangelist and gospel singer.
Britt was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Adam Britt, and his parents, James and Ella Jeanne Britt.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Hall Britt; sons, James Sean Britt and wife Liene of Starkville, and Jeremy Kyle Britt; grandsons, Wesley and Logan Britt; brothers, Marty Britt and Jerry Britt of Starkville, Terry Britt of Worth, Ili., and Dennis Britt of Beaumont, Texas; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Nell and Jim Hamilton of Lenoir City; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at Cornerstone Church of God with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. Rev. Steve McCullar and Rev. Hank Anderson will officiate.
Family and friends will gather at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City by 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and proceed to Lakeview Cemetery for 11 a.m. graveside services.
Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
