Warren Bourgeois

Mr. Warren Anthony Bourgeois, Sr., 71, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus. He was retired owner of B&B Trim Shop and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Starkville. Formerly of Chalmette, La., he and his family moved to Mathiston due to Hurricane Katrina.
Bourgeois was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis Bourgeois, Sr. and Ociennie Lambert Bourgeois; and sisters, Shirley Landry and Irene Crespo.
He is survived by his wife, Romma Rogers Bourgeois of Mathiston; daughter, Lisa Bourgeois Darce (David) of Mathiston; son, Warren Bourgeois, Jr. of Mathiston; grandchildren, Kathleen Darce LeBlance (Cory) and Jennifer Darce; brothers, Dennis Bourgeois, Jr. (Fran) of Slidell, La., and William Bourgeois (Janice) of Mandeville, La.; brother-in-law, Louis Crespo of Picayune, La.
Visitation will be held 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Starkville, with the funeral mass immediately following. Father John Bohn will conduct the service.
Memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation or to the American Cancer Society.
