Mrs. Maudell Orsborn Hoover, 87, died at Country Meadows Assisted Living near Greenwood on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012.
Mrs. Hoover was the daughter of the late Jessie and Birdie Tilghman Orsborn, and the widow of the late Reuben J. Hoover. She was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Winona.
Funeral services for Maudell Orsborn Hoover of Winona will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, at First Presbyterian Church in Winona, with burial in the Winona Garden of Memory. Rev. Grover Gunn will officiate the services.
Lee Funeral Home in Winona is handling the arrangements.
Visitation will be held 12:30-2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, at First Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Reuben Lamar Hoover; and two brothers, William Harris Orsborn and Herman Orsborn.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Boyd and her husband, Marion, of Winona; Tracey Millsaps and her husband, Paul, of Starkville; one son, Jerry Hoover. and his wife, Mary Glenda, of Winona; one brother, Marion Binford Orsborn of Atlanta, Ga,; four grandchildren, Jena Hoover, Baxter Billingsley, Mary Margaret Pittman, and Hardy Pittman (Jamie); and one great-grandchild, Mackenzie Pittman.
