Ethel White

Mrs. Ethel Lorene Wilson White, 93, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at the OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville.  

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4 at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville.
Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Park.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3 at Welch Funeral Home.
Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. White was born on June 19, 1919 in Chickasaw County to Ollie and Josie Harden Wilson. She was a homemaker, a caregiver to her family and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Joe Alan White of Starkville; daughter, Antoinette McHann (Clayton) of Starkville; grandson, Clay McHann (Anne) of Cumming, Ga.; great-granddaughter, Madeline Grace McHann of Cumming, Ga.; brother-in-law, Wade Barnhill and sister-in-law, Nevie Wilson of Starkville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Joe G. White Jr.; parents, Ollie and Josie Harden Wilson; sister, Estelle
Wilson McCoy; and brothers, Clinton Wilson and Howard Wilson.
