Mary Ellen Fulgham

Mrs. Mary Ellen Hamill Fulgham, 81, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville. 

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville with Rev. George Buell officiating.
Burial will follow in Memorial Garden Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at Welch Funeral Home.
Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

She was a retired telephone operator with the Telecommunications Department at Mississippi State University. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Starkville and a Mississippi State University sports fan. She loved yard work and shared her joy of cooking with friends and family. 

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Fulgham of Starkville; special daughter, Rose-Lynn Jackson of Starkville; special granddaughter, Allison Crow of Starkville; brothers, James Hamill (Catherine) of Taylors, S.C. and Perry Hamill of Plano, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris F. Hamill and Clara Woodson Hamill; husband, Donald Fulgham; brothers, Sammie Dale Hamill and Bertron Lee Hamill; and sister, Celia Morris Kinard.
