Mrs. Louise Mitchell Whitehead, 88, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at Welch Memorial Funeral Home in Starkville with Rev. Bob Whiteside officiating.
Burial will follows in Oddfellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at Welch Funeral Home prior to services.
Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.
She was retired from General Motors and Foodmax and she was a Baptist.
She is survived by her son, Michael Lester Thomas (Margie) of Starkville; one granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Eula Mitchell; and her husband, Clinton Whitehead.
