Each year Minnie Fox, the dietitian for the Oktibbeha Sheriff Department, celebrates her birthday by hosting a luncheon celebration for the community!
Fox started this annual celebration back in 2000 and now approaching the 11th year.
For the past 11 years, Fox has had a long of people who look forward to attending this grand celebration each year! Tasha Hill of the Greater Starkville Development Partnership said Fox is a very special lady.
“We are happy to celebrate her very special birthday and enjoy a great home cooked meal prepared with much love and great joy,” Hill said.”
Fox has said that she loves to cook but most of all she enjoy seeing others eat! Those attending the event each year are Oktibbeha Sheriff Department employees, Oktibbeha County judges, and all Oktibbeha County employees, Starkville City officials, Starkville Police Dept, The Starkville Partnership Staff, several MSU employees, several local churches, her family and friends!
