Judith Carol Austin Taylor Spurgeon, 62, of Winona, died Sunday, February 20, 2011, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 24, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Oliver Funeral Home in Winona with interment in French Camp Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 23 at Oliver Funeral Home from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and on Thursday one hour prior to the service. Oliver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
