Mr. Jimmy E. Oswalt, 66, died Monday, April 9, 2012, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2012, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman. Rev. Bruce Latimer will officiate.
Burial will follow at Wake Forest Cemetery near Sturgis.
Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Coleman Funeral Home.
Mr. Oswalt was a member of Wake Forest Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by parents, Rassie L. and Ola West Oswalt; and brother, Tommy Oswalt.
Survivors include wife Ann Scott Oswalt, of Sturgis; brother James (Tip) Oswalt of Columbus; sisters, Bonnie Sue Libby of Porter, Texas, Jenny Steed of Kosciusko, Barbara Stephens of Starkville, and Maedell Templeton of Sturgis; 12 nieces and nephews; and his best buddy, Rebel.
Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman is in charge of arrangements.
